Elijah Morgan originates from Port Shepstone South Africa. He studied theology in Cape Town and was ordained as a Pastor. Leaving South Africa in 1976, his broadened scope of postgraduate studies was in the field of Theology, Economics and Business Administration. His in-depth studies in theology in Germany, was with a particular focus on the implications of the Lutheran and Calvinistic Reformation concepts for business and society.

He has trained and consulted top managers at multinational companies, humanitarian, military and religious organisations since many years.

He spent over 35 years in Europe of which several years were with the US Ministry of Defence and the US State Department offices in Germany as well as the corporate business world. He has been a regular consultant to governments and various institutes Dr. Morgan has a passion for emerging business leaders and entrepreneurs.

He mainly worked in Switzerland, Germany and the USA, also periodically in Asian and African countries.

He currently resides with his German wife Stephanie in the Lake Constance Region of Switzerland. Elijah and Stephanie have three adult children residing in Switzerland, South Africa and Germany.
